The all-domains overview
Sign in and the dashboard opens on the all-domains overview: every domain in your workspace on one screen. It exists for one job — triage. Whether you look after two domains or forty, the morning question is the same: is anything wrong, and where? The overview is built to answer that in seconds, so you only open a domain's detail view when it has earned your attention.
Four numbers for the whole workspace
Across the top sit four KPI cards, aggregated across every domain for the selected reporting window:
- Domains — how many domains the workspace monitors.
- Total messages — every reported message, across all of them.
- Compliance — the percentage of that mail passing DMARC (shown as
—until data arrives). - Failing — the count of messages that did not pass.
Above the cards, a one-line summary tells you how many domains you have, how many are still pending verification, and which window you're looking at. If Failing reads zero, your check is already over. If it doesn't, the rest of the screen tells you where the failures live.
The workspace volume chart
Below the KPIs, a stacked bar chart plots message volume for the whole workspace: compliant mail in aqua, non-compliant in coral. Hover over any bar and a tooltip follows your cursor with the exact numbers for that period — compliant, non-compliant, total and the compliance percentage.
The bars adapt to the reporting window so the chart stays readable:
- Last 7 or 30 days — one bar per day.
- Last 90 days — one bar per week (weeks start on Monday).
- Last 12 months — one bar per month.
Only the granularity changes, never the totals. Days with no reports simply show as empty slots, and the Y-axis rescales to whatever volume you actually send — a 50-message domain gets as legible a chart as a 50,000-message one.
One card per domain
The rest of the screen is a card for each domain, and each card carries everything triage needs:
- The domain name with a Verified or Pending badge.
- A compliance ring — the percentage of that domain's mail passing DMARC this window, drawn as a donut. It shows
—until the first report arrives. - Three counters: messages, threats and last report — the last one as a relative time such as "3h ago", so a domain that has gone quiet is easy to spot.
A card with active threats is visually flagged, so spoofing on one domain stands out from an otherwise green grid. Click any card — or focus it with the keyboard and press Enter — to open that domain's detail view, with its trend chart, grouped sending sources, countries and policy advisor. The full tour of that view is in Understanding your dashboard.
Triage in practice
A workable routine takes under a minute:
- Glance at Failing. Zero means done.
- If not zero, scan the cards for coral — threat counts and low compliance rings sort themselves out visually.
- Check last report on anything unexpectedly quiet. A verified domain that normally reports daily but shows "6d ago" deserves a look.
- Click through to the loudest problem first.
Two controls make this scale. The reporting window selector — Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months — drives both this screen and every detail view, and your choice is remembered for your next visit. 90-day and 12-month windows are available on Starter and above; Free includes 30 days — see pricing. And the brand logo in the top bar always brings you back to the overview from any domain, so bouncing between "fleet view" and "one domain" costs a single click each way.
Two related guides go deeper: Charts and date ranges covers how the trend charts and reporting windows behave, and Exporting your data to CSV explains the Export button, which from this screen downloads a per-domain summary of everything you can see.
