One thing this table does not have, on purpose: a seat count. Most DMARC platforms price on how much mail you send and cap how many domains and users a tier allows, so a busy month or a new colleague costs you more. On every paid plan we charge per domain and stop there — your volume, your team size and your report history are never the meter. Free reads up to 10,000 messages a month; past that the numbers are still collected, and Starter is what unlocks reading them.
Billing, briefly
Yes. "Manage billing" on your account page opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — Starter keeps working until then, and your workspace drops to Free automatically afterwards. From that point collection pauses on every domain except the one you added first — see "What happens when I downgrade to Free?" for the detail.
Your dashboards immediately show the Free window (30 days), so anything older than that stops being readable even though it is still stored. Every domain except the one you added first stops collecting new reports; your oldest domain keeps collecting as normal. While you are on Free you can't add another domain either. The downgrade itself deletes no report data, and subscribing again reactivates the paused domains and reveals the stored history immediately.
Your card is collected at checkout when you start a Starter trial. The 14 days are completely free — you won't be charged until the trial ends. At the end of the trial your card is automatically charged for the first paid period. You can cancel any time during the trial from the billing portal ("Manage billing") to avoid being charged. One trial per workspace.
Yes — a card is collected at checkout when you start the trial. This lets us convert your trial to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the 14 days. Cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
Nothing is deleted right away. Data older than your plan's window is kept for a further 60-day grace period before being purged — upgrade within that window and your full history reappears instantly. You can also export any view as CSV at any time. Details in Data retention.
While a subscription is active you are billed for at least 1 domain slot — deleting your last domain doesn't create a $0 subscription; cancel in the portal instead. Adding and removing domains otherwise adjusts the bill automatically with proration.
