When a package is full, the next domain shows you the next package, its price and today's prorated
charge, and nothing changes until you confirm.
Prices exclude VAT. EU customers without a VAT ID pay their country's VAT at checkout; businesses
that enter an EU VAT ID are reverse-charged (Estonian businesses pay Estonian VAT) —
invoices are issued by Digiport OÜ.

One thing this table does not have, on purpose: a seat count. Most DMARC platforms price on how much mail you send and cap how many domains and users a tier allows, so a busy month or a new colleague costs you more. On every paid plan we charge for domains — one by one on Starter, by the package on Scale — and stop there: your volume, your team size and your report history are never the meter. Free reads up to 10,000 messages a month; past that the numbers are still collected, and Starter or Scale unlocks reading them.
Billing, briefly
Yes. "Manage billing" on your account page opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — your plan keeps working until then, and your workspace drops to Free automatically afterwards. From that point collection pauses on every domain except the one you added first — see "What happens when I downgrade to Free?" for the detail.
Your dashboards immediately show the Free window (30 days), so anything older than that stops being readable even though it is still stored. Every domain except the one you added first stops collecting new reports; your oldest domain keeps collecting as normal. While you are on Free you can't add another domain either. People you shared a workspace with lose access while you are on Free and pending invitations can't be accepted; nobody is removed, and their access comes back by itself when you subscribe again. The downgrade itself deletes no report data, and subscribing again reactivates the paused domains and reveals the stored history immediately.
Your card is collected at checkout when you start a Starter or Scale trial. The 14 days are completely free — you won't be charged until the trial ends. At the end of the trial your card is automatically charged for the first paid period. You can cancel any time during the trial from the billing portal ("Manage billing") to avoid being charged. One trial per account — move from a Starter trial to Scale and the days you have left carry over.
Yes — a card is collected at checkout when you start the trial. This lets us convert your trial to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the 14 days. Cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
Logos you already host stay published until you delete them; uploading a new one needs a paid plan.
Nothing is deleted right away. Data older than your plan's window is kept for a further 60-day grace period before being purged — upgrade within that window and your full history reappears instantly. You can also export any view as CSV at any time. Details in Data retention.
While a Starter subscription is active you are billed for at least 1 domain slot — deleting your last domain doesn't create a $0 subscription; cancel in the portal instead. Adding and removing domains otherwise adjusts the bill automatically with proration. Scale bills the package price however many of its domains you use.
Adding the next domain shows you the next package, its price and what you'll be charged today, prorated — nothing changes until the account owner confirms, and on a trial today's charge is nothing at all. Starter works the same way at its fourth domain: it moves you to Scale 5, which costs less than four Starter domains. Moving to a smaller package, or back to Starter, takes effect immediately and credits the unused time to your next invoice — as long as your domains fit.
