What is DMARCmetric?

Updated 2026-07-18 · Getting Started

DMARCmetric is a DMARC monitoring service. You point your domain's DMARC reporting address at us, and we collect the aggregate reports that Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and thousands of other mail operators send about your domain — then turn that stream of compressed XML into dashboards, email digests and recommendations written in plain English.

If you are new to DMARC itself, start with What is DMARC? — the short version is that DMARC stops criminals from sending email as your domain, and its built-in reporting tells you exactly who is sending as you. DMARCmetric is the tool that makes those reports readable and actionable.

What DMARCmetric does

Most large mailbox providers that evaluate your DMARC record send aggregate reports — XML files, usually daily, one per operator. A domain with normal traffic quickly accumulates hundreds of them, and nobody reads XML for fun.

DMARCmetric receives those reports at a dedicated address, parses and validates them, and aggregates everything into a live picture of your email authentication: who sends as your domain, from where, how much, and whether it passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment. Instead of raw percentages and cryptic result codes, you get a clear verdict per sender and concrete guidance on what to fix next — so you can walk your policy from p=none up to p=reject without ever breaking legitimate mail.

Who it's for

DMARCmetric is built for people who own domains and want them protected — without needing a deliverability specialist on staff:

If you can edit a DNS record, you can use DMARCmetric.

What you get today

Everything below is live in the product right now:

We deliberately don't claim more than we ship — what you see on the live demo is the real product with sample data.

What it costs

DMARCmetric is priced per domain, never per message — we never meter your mail volume. Free covers 1 domain with 30 days of history, no credit card required. Starter is $4 per domain per month (or $40 per domain per year) with unlimited domains, a full year of history and failure forensics, starting with a 14-day trial (card required at checkout). Larger fleets run on Scale — contact [email protected]. The full comparison is on the pricing page, and the mechanics are in Pricing and the free tier.

Getting started

Setup takes a few minutes and does not change how your email flows:

  1. Create your free account and add your domain.
  2. Publish the DMARC record we give you — a single DNS TXT entry pointing reports at DMARCmetric.
  3. Watch the first aggregate reports arrive, usually within a day or two, and let the dashboard tell you what to fix first.
