Notification preferences

Updated 2026-07-08 · FAQ & Account

All email preferences live in one place: your account page, in the Email notifications & reports section. It is a small form, but the details of how it behaves are worth knowing — especially because the settings are shared by your whole workspace.

Report frequency

The Report frequency selector controls scheduled digest emails, with four options: Off, Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

What the digest actually contains, and how its colour language works, is covered in Email reports and digests.

Who can change it — and who receives it

One-click unsubscribe — and switching back on

Every digest carries an unsubscribe link in the footer and a standard List-Unsubscribe header, so your mail client's native unsubscribe button works too. Using it:

The "Notify me about" checkboxes

Below the frequency selector sits a Notify me about fieldset with five checkboxes: New sending source, Spoofing / threats, Failure spike, Policy change and Domain went quiet.

Here is the honest status: these preferences are saved today, but the alert emails behind them have not shipped yet. Event notifications are a later phase of the product. Your choices persist in your workspace's settings and will take effect as each alert type rolls out — set them now and you will not need to revisit the form later.

Two details worth knowing:

One form, one save

The whole section saves with a single Save preferences button — cadence and checkboxes together, applied in one atomic update, so a failed save never leaves the settings half-changed. If saving fails you will see an error message and can simply try again; reloading the page always shows exactly what the server currently has stored. And because the form is the workspace's single source of truth, whatever you see there after a reload is precisely what the digest scheduler will act on at the next send.
